Setting Project EVM Method through PSI

I want to set the EVM method to physical%complete for the entire
project through the PSI code but am not getting the appropriate
method..for tasks it can be done bt TASK_EVMMETHOD..

Can anyone tell me how to do the same for the entire project through
PSI??
