Setting up email options on windows for Frontpage 2003

I am having trouble programming my Frontpage 2003 to
email a "Form" to a specific address. The error is as
follows: Frontpage Disk Based or Frontpage Server
Extentions have not yet been configured to send email.
Direct system administrator or ISP to the instructions
on "Setting up email options on Windows" or "Setting up
email options on UNIX" in the Server Extentions Resource
Kit.

I am not sure how to handle this.

The error message is telling you to talk to your web
service provider.

Contact your ISP / WPPP and ask them to set up email in the FP Server
Extensions.

you need to contact your host and have them configure the fp extentions to
configure email.
