setting up inner office email using Outlook XP

I have been out of work for several months and next week
I will have an opportunity to do some projects for a
company... starting with Outlook XP. Can someone direct
me to a website or book that can best help me learn (step
by step) how to set up Outlook XP for inner office
emailing and for use to the internet?

I have a lot of computer experience that includes
teaching MS applications and several years ago as a LAN
admin. (in a DOS environment)... so, I have the
confidence in tackling this project.
