setting up working hours

I want to create a project for building a house.
In that project scheme, I want to set start and end hours of each
assignment. However I can't find the way to do this. I can set up start and
end dates though, but I also want hours as well.

Any help appreciated.

To show time as well as a date for your tasks, go to Tools > Options, view
tab and select a date format from the drop down list which shows time.

A word of caution: you should not be entering start dates/times nor finish
date/times in Project as you are constraining the tasks. A start date/time
entered in means to project that you cannot start that task any earlier than
the date/time you entered. Project creates a Start No Earlier than
constraint.

Ideally, the task start date/time and finish date/time should be calculated
based upon the project calendar, the resource's calendar, the task duration,
the predecessor and successor relationship, lead, lag, and task calendars.
