Setup Error Missing file

Tim

I just formatted my Computer and reinstalled windows XP
Pro and I have installed all the updates. I keep on
trying to re-install MS Office 2003 pro but it comes up
with an error message saying 'Missing Setup file
CD561401.CAB' and prompts me to search for the file over
a network or on a CD.
Before I formatted my computer it installed without any
trouble but now it wont install.
Also sometimes when I try to install, it does not come up
with the message but just gets stuck on the process:

'Waiting for installation files to be cached to cabinet'
CD561401.CAB

and it just stays like that. can someone pleeeeeease help!

Check your cd for blemishes (scratches fingerprints etc)
if noting then create a folder on the desktop and copy the contents of the
cd to that folder (remember to goto tools/folder options/and allow all files
to be viewed)
then try set up again.
If this fails veryfy the cd is good try installing on another system (do not
acrtivate!!) if it installes it could be a hardware issue
