Setup_email OE to Office Pro

We are a nonprofit and we just migrated from Outlook
Express to Office Pro.

We have IMAP setup with our ISP.

In the process of migrating over from OE to Office Pro,
it seems like we are missing our sub-folders and emails,
we only see the top-level folders, without emails inside.

I have confirmed passwords for remote ISP and have
entered information through Tools/Options etc.

How do we setup, so we see all of sub-folders and emails
that we saw under OE (the non local folders and emails)?

Thank you -b

Dear Newsgroup

It looks like restarting solved below issue.

Does anyone know what the story with the first dialog box
that pops up "Microsoft LDAP Directory" with fields such
as Server, Port, User name filled in. What is this for
and can I just cancel without issue.
