Hello,

In a network environment the Outlook calendar should be shared. When one
user adds a new date, the other user should see this (and vice versa). What
do I need to realize this? Can somebody give me a kind of step by step
tutorial?

Regards
Stephan

Are you using Exchange as a mailserver or not? Also what version of Outlook

Create a calender within the Pubic Folders in Exchange and give all
who need to view it access to it.

Then your users can either view the calender in the folder list or add
it to their Outlook shortcut bar.

Yes, but this is only possible in an Exchange environment (in which she is
not). If this was the case she could also share her own Calendar which is a
lot eassier to maintain.
