Shared Borders Issue

Is there any way to access the HTML view of a top border to add an SSI
script? I am currently using FP2002

View - Tools - Site Settings - Advanced - show hidden folders
In the _borders folder
Note:
- only the content inside of the <BODY> tags is included so your SSI must be inside of the <BODY> tags
