Shared Borders

I have shared borders on my site. Top, bottom, & left
hand side. There is a gap between my left border and my
main page. It is unused white space that looks bad on my
site. It's about the size of a standard tab. Anyone
seen this before

That's the way shared borders work
- they create an empty 24 px spacer cell
