SHARED CALENDARS CONFIGURATION

Hi. I want to kown if I can predetermine in outlook or in exchange that when
a user starts outlook, all users shared calendars will be abaliable in
calendars of other people, and don't have to add one by one. Tanks.

Agreed. Is there any way to pre-populate a shared calendar for everyone on a
particular Exchange server? For example, everyone would have the "1st Floor
Conference Room" public folder calendar added to their "Other Calendars"list
in Outlook. Is this possible?
