Shared Contacts

machine A: windows XP, outlook XP
machine B: windows 2k, Outlook 2k
Server: Windows NT Professional

We're trying to set up shared contacts so that machine A
can access contacts on Machine B. We don't have exchange
server (which I don't really understand), but we're
wondering how to set it up so that someone on machine B
can access contacts in machine A.
