Do you mean that you want two or more people to be able to open and edit the
project file simultaneously in Read/Write mode? If so, this is not
possible. Hope this helps.

I have a related question.
Is this possible if we remove the "simultaneous"
requirement? In other words, can there be one project file
which has more than one person with write access? A while
back I recall reading that only the Proj Mgr could update
(write access) the project plan and there could be only
one Proj Mgr (makes sense). I also recall reading that the
use of "sub projects" within a project was not recommended
when using Project Server. That would mean the Proj Mgr
can't delegate some of this workload to some functional
leads. Thanks in advance.
