Shared mailbox and deleted items.

We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003

I have various users sharing a mailbox. Every user have his personal mailbox
too.
When some of one, deleted a email from shared mailbox, the item deleted goes
to deleted items folder on his personal mailbox.

Could i configure his outlook 2003 to deleted items from shared mailbox goes
to deleted items folder on share mailbox. And the deleted items from personal
mailbox goes to delete items folder of personal mailbox.
