This may be more of a Sharepoint question than word but anyway,
In Sharpoints Document Libraries one can add already created documents
or create new ones via the "New Document" tool.
In Sharepoint there is a possibility to pick up tags in the word
documents and use them in sorting and listing of documents within
Sharepoint. (A "client name" tag can help list/sort all of the client
tender documents made, by client)
Does any1 know if these "tags" must be words built in properties or a
custom one (found under the custom tag when viewing a Word docs
properties) or can one pick up the ones produced by document variables
fro instance?
