SharePoint Services does not support InfoPath error

I have SBS 2003 with WSS 3.0 installed. I'm trying to publish a form but get
this error. Any ideas why this would be happening?

The Windows SharePoint Services server at http://server2 does not fully
support Microsoft Office InfoPath. Document library features in Microsoft
Office InfoPath may not work correctly with this server.

That is a wierd one I have not seen before. The problem would likely be in
SharePoint and its setup. I have an SBS and SharePoint works fine.
Are you creating a new library or using an existing one? At what stage does
this appear in the publishing wizard?
Can you create a form library?

Hi Clay
I'm using an existing Form Library I created in SharePoint 3.
It appears when you click 'Next' just after I've entered http://server2/ in
'Enter the location of your SharePoint or InfoPath Forms Services site:'
field in the Publishing Wizard.

I'm getting one warning event on the server every 5 minutes. Could this be
the problem?

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Windows SharePoint Services 3 Search

Just noticed one more thing. I cannot browse the SharePoint 3 and WSUS
Administration sites through IIS 6 Manager on the server. I can browse all
other sites; Default Web Site, Microsoft SharePoint Administration,
SharePoint Central Administration v3, SharePoint Central Administration,
SharePoint - 80 and companyweb.
I can however browse all sites through IE7 on the server and workstations.
