Sharing Microsoft Calendar

How do I set up Microsoft so that either multiple
computers access the same outlook calendar from a server
or share a calendar.

You could make a public folder on the Exchange server that is of the
Calendar type or one user could assign the other users as delegates with
permission to view the calendar. The other users would have to choose
File...Open...Other User's Folder every time they wanted to see it though.

Option 1 is the easiest way.
