sharing outlook calendar

My family has one pc with WinXP HOME edition, multiple accounts, fast user
switching. No problems.
We all use outlook. No problems.
We want to share a single calendar using outlook. Big problem.
To be sure this is possible. Please help.

Thanks

I have the same problem with sharing my Contacts list as well. .. can't find any "help" for sharing between users on the same desk-top ... always reading "This feature requires you to be using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account." which must apply to another, off-site user. There's gotta be a way .. just poorly documented

So the Microsoft support message boards pointed me here and now I'm
wondering why since there appears to be nobody from Microsoft monitoring
these boards. Either that or there's no solution for this and they're just
ignoring me.

I am not an expert on this, so I hope I am not completely off the mark, but
I think these are the problems.

The PST file which holds your Outlook data, which includes the calendar,
also includes your mail. It is for this reason that you need an Exchange
Server so that you can share out your calendar while leaving everything else
of yours private.

If you want to do everything on one PC, then you can get Outlook to use the
PST file which is in a different location (accessible to all users of the
machine) other than in your own profile. This would allow everyone that uses
the machine to have access to the calendar. It unfortunately means that
everyone will also see all of your mail. In fact, ALL mail for ALL users
will be in the one 'account'.

Hope this is of help
