sharing outlook contacts AND accessing remotely

doublechecking: I would like to use outlook (2002 or 2003) to:
add and access records to ONE contacts folder on different computers
at the same time and different times.
I.E.
1. 2 people on 2 computers in same office on LAN accessing one
contacts folder at the same time.
2. I also want to be able to access that contacts folder from my home
office.

for #1 can I use LAN to access that one folder from either computer
and if yes can 2 people be on same time? or do I need public
outlook?
for #2, can I use pc Anywhere?
