Sharing project schedule with non-Project users

I'm developing a project schedule for the project team. Some members of the
project team do not have or use MS-Project but need to view the schedule.
How do I provide them with the schedule if they don't have MS-Project on
their PC?

there are project viewers available (do a search in google for
microsoft project viewer) - you can download the demo versions for
free but need to pay for the full versions. alternatively, project
will let you save out some info into excel spreadsheet format. another
good way is to output to either a pdf distiller or to microsoft's
equivalent the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.

I've just distributed some info to a team by screengrabbing and
pasting into a photoshop doc - so i could grab what i saw on the
screen.

Those are the only ways i know of - but it isn't ideal.

Hi,

We collected info on some viewers.
Look at FAQ 16 (url of faqs in my signature below)

We now have a new capability - we can provide a 'live' scheduling and
collaboration capability to our clients. Users can view and update
schedules, upload and download documents, search for words or phrases in the
document warehouse, and provide comments on existing documents. These
capabilities can also be implemented securely so that users will log in
using a username and password. The Web site software can be hosted on our
servers or loaded onto the clients' server. You can see a demo at
http://demo.teledynesolutions.com/ Solutions can be tailored to the needs
of each individual client - adding access to their own databases, adding
PDA-friendly pages, etc.

Let me know if anyone is interested in such a capability.
Regards,
Rick Williams
