Sharring contacts folder with multiple user accounts?

My wife and I have different user accounts set up in Windows XP. Is there a
way we can share our contacts in Outlook 2003?

What you can do is creating a new Personal File Folder and mounting it
as a secondary PST and then share this file with your wife. You should
please this file outside of the Documents and Settings folder. If you
HD is NTFS formatted, make sure you allow your wife's user account to
have both read and write access.
