shortcut bar icon change

Dear,

I am using office 97 with SR2. The shortcut bar icon have
change to another icon. For example, word,excel....change
to some unknown icon in shortcut bar. I try to re-map the
path to correct path but still not work. How can i do?

Right click in an empty area of the shortcut bar and select Refresh.
