We have recently upgraded to Office 2003. In Outlook
users over drag public folders to their Shortcut bar.
Then when there is a new posting to the public folder,
they are notified in parentheses how many unread
messages. In Office 2003 we can put public folders under
shortcuts, but it doesn't show how many unread. Is this
something that is no longer available?
