Show As Alternative Options

Does anyone know how to insert alternative options into
the show as drop down bar. At the moment i Have the normal
options i.e busy and free.

What I am trying to achieve is get the show as drop down
box to include options such as training and Holidays with
colors linked to the various options.

As far as I know that isn't configurable depending on your version consider
the use of labels to achieve partly what you require.
