show critical path in gant view--??

All, MSP plan of 101 tasks--the critcal path only shows last task. If run
the gant wizard, checked the format for both bars and lines, checked the
deadline, confirmed all tasks are linked with no constraints.....all seems
ready to run and show the critical path....but alias....no path!!

I've resset the base calendar for a key resource on the schedule and the
critical path has appeared.......
