In edit mode just click on the unexpanded comment box.
For in a slide show
In edit mode right click the unexpanded comment > copy text
Paste onto slide, if you want add a fill to make it look like the comment
Apply an entrance animation maybe triggered by a click on a small shape
resembling the comment box.
