Shows Repair Box

One of my users saved her Word 2003 doc and then when she opens it again, a
box appears that says: Errors were detected in this file , but Word was able
to open the file by making the repairs listed below. Save the file to make
the repairs permanent. Then below it, there is a one liner that says
Revision data removed 1. Below the box, it says Sort by: (two options) Error
Description and Location. There is a square that says Go To. When we
clicked Go To, an error message says it cannot be found or something. We
then have to click Close. The whole document would close. Does anyone have
any clue what is going on and how do we undo or fix this error message?

Any help or recommendation is most welcome.

Thanks
Ally

At this point I would make a backup copy of the document in question.
Then open and save the file, ignoring the "go to" box.
