sig picker is greyed out

for some reason outlook signature is greyed out
it was working at one time and we created a new profile and then set up the
outlook client and at the point is when this happen. ive seen this before
but can not remember what i did to fix it.....

we have outlook 2000

you may have word as your editor in which case the autosig
will not work. go to tools, options, mail format and make
sure the check box is OFF for word as the editor
