I have OL 2002

Tools/Options/Mail Format/Signatures/New (start w/a blank
sig)/Next/Advanced Edit

At this point, MS Frontpage is opened (my chosen HTML editor) whatever
app is your chosen, will open at this point


have fun adding icons!
