Signing a Macro with a valid certificate from my CA

I have a macro in Excel and I want to sign it with a valid certificate issued
from my
CA.

My CA Administrator will be out the office for Two weeks, but I need to
solve this right now.

What kind of certificate I need to do this and what is the procedure to do it?

Help me please ASAP!!!!!!!

Now, I know how to generate the certificate in my CA, but my doubt persists:
