Simple move of pst file

WinXp/Outlook 2003
I would like to store all Outlook data on my second HD D:\.
The data resides now in C:\Documents......, where Outlook put them. Archives
are already on D:\
Having read most past posts I am still or ever more, nervous to use a simple
move.
Or is this not good idea?

Close Outlook.
Move the file.
When you reopen Outlook, tell it where you moved it when it asks.
