simultaneous access to files for multiple users

Is it possible to organize a simultaneous access to files format MS
Project for multiple users?

Hello yashiro,

No. There is no version of Project will allow simultaneous write
access to a single project file. The first person to open the file
will be able to write to it -- all others will have read-only
access.
