Single outlook account for each user?

How do I set up outlook to download each persons email into their own file.
Right now everyone email is all together. Everyone can read everyon else's
mail.

Is everyone's email in one POP3 mailbox? If so, you can't do that easily
with Outlook. It's much easier if each person has their own POP3 mailbox.
