Site Block from Specific Country

I created web sites

I want to stop the people watching my web site
I want to block the user from China, India, Pak., SriLanka

I know that is no static IP
Can any body tell me the range of IP for above country

I also work wiht ASP.Net

Give me code, script, etc.

Do a search for Country Specific IP list, then you have to write custom code and apply to your pages
to block the IPs/Countries you don't want to have access.

Now, you should try blocking them in a mail server!

But it is easy to do with a custom ASP based application the check a user's IP and then block access
if on the list, etc. then try adding them manually to IIS (or a mail server).
