size of pages web

I have made a web page with the FrontPage (in my portable computer
ACER-TravelMate 4001WLMi) and when I tried to execute the programme in a non
portable COMPAQ MV740 all the size of photos and position of the text and
photos changed.
Can I convert the work I have made (in my portable) to work in other
computers without changing size and positions?
Can you help me ?

Do you mean the placements all look different when you open the pages in
FrontPage? Are both PC and Laptop running the same screen resolutions? Ex:
800x600 etc. If not that could be causing the difference you're seeing.

It maybe be the resolution yes... can i pass the work to a new
resolution?!!?without change anything...
