slide show setting

I went to Set Up Show and selected the format I wanted.
Now I need to do more work on the program, and I can't
turn off the slide show settings. If I want to see how a
slide will look full screen, it always goes back to the
beginning.

Are you hitting F5 or the 'start show from current slide' icon? F5 starts
the show at the beginning, the small icon in the lower left-hand quadrant of
the screen (almost looks like a screen on a stick) starts from the slide you
are editing.

Would you please explain the problem in a little more detail. I am having
difficulty understanding all of the problems you are experiencing.
