Slide Show

Hi, I'm using MS Powerpoint 2002 and having trouble with slide show.
Can anyone suggest why when I select slide show on a set of slides the
option just hangs in the task bar and I have to basically quit the
application to get rid of the tab in the task bar. Slide show doesn't work
on imported presentations or presentations that I have created.
Grateful for any suggestions.

Bit of a gamble but have you checked in Slide show - setup show - if you are
still on the primary monitor?
