Slowness in downloading Outlook

It takes about 30 seconds to download Outlook. This has
happened since I added a spam filter and deleted Outlook
Express, which I no loner use.

Outlook requires some components of OE, so I wouldn't recommend uninstalling
it. I'd go to Windows Update and get the latest/greatest IE and that should
restore it.

However, I suspect the spam filter. Disable it and test....
