I'm working on a catalog that will be distributed, can you please suggest a
good font to use that is easy to read if it was reduced in size?

Theresa,
This doesn't sound like a question related to MS Project, a planning and
scheduling application. I suggest you post to a newsgroup that deals
with the application you are using.
