SNE constraint

After I have added new tasks and entered actual work, I insert my constraint
type column and change all constraints to be 'as soon as possible.' I then
update the projects uncompleted tasks to start today. I then level.

What I am seeing are a handful of tasks that are not updating to the new
contraint type. Instead, they are finishing on past dates. When I look at
the tasks Advance tab it has the constraint date of which I want, but the
finish date is not a future date. I noticed that the 0% complete are not
affected in a negative way but the tasks that have some completion of work.

How do I get all my tasks to update with the new SNE?

First, I am confused by your reference to SNE constraints, when you say you
are using the ASAP constraint for all tasks.

Second, perhaps you have set your options to not allow tasks to split. In
that case, tasks with some actual work will not split when you try to
reschedule uncompleted work.

Level Now
