software registration failed-now what?

New pc- during registration process wireless connection failed and had to
replace device. Now it tells me I have to register software again but, it
won't take me to registration site to do so. Can some one give me a clue or
url to stop this annoying pop-up window. Thanks

the software somewhere or on a website? Nothing I have done so far takes me
to anyplace where I have the option of registering by phone - can't get to
the same web pages I got to before the adapter failed. If anyone can offer a
