Got that message when the knowlegde base and found a good

The page states that there is an addressing issue and
that there is a fix for it. Cannot locate the fix

According to that article, you have to call Microsoft Product Support
Services to get the hotfix. The article also suggests that if this is
not a critical issue for you, you can wait for the next Office Service
Pack to be released, and the hotfix will be included in that Service
Pack. If this is a critical issue for you, call Microsoft PSS, tell
them you are looking for the hotfix described in that MSKB article and
that's all you want, and you shouldn't be charged for the call.
