Some links don't work once I upload my website (Publisher 2003)

I'm using Publisher 2003 to make my first website. When I preview the
website, all looks fine, but when I upload to the web...the links in my site
to other publisher files don't work (the other links do work). What am I
missing. Thank you for your help!
