some of Sent Items emails are missing i Entourage v.x OSx 10.3

Hi,
I have a user that is missing some emails from sent items in Entourage
v.x, Some of the emails in sent items are also being truncated as well. I
can't find any reason for it . We are using Exchange 5.5 sp 4
Any help would be appreciated.
