some send to commands missing

in word or excel some send to commands are missing IE: desktop, cd-rw, my
doc's etc.

Hi David,

Not quite sure what area you're viewing. File=>Send to
to doesn't generally duplicate File=>Save As (and choose
location).

In File=>Save you can add folders to the bar on the left
for specific destinations.

If you're already in the Save/Open dialog and right click
on a file name the create a shortcut (send to desktop) and
send to floppy drive should be included in the standard ones.
