Some servive not there

I cannot get Outlook going and it keeps telling me this:

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

I really hope there is something that can be done about
it. I have not been able to send or recieve messages for
some time now.

Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show Profiles.
Do not copy the old profile.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
