Some workmates can't see PPT graphics

I've created a PPT 2003 show with jpgs. Every computer in the office
(supposedly) has the same OS version (Win XP) and same Office version, but
there are two computers (out of 7) that can't see the PPT jpgs. Any idea
where to start looking for the problem ... and the solution?

TIA!

Two things to try

1. Make sure that all service packs are loaded (especially if they have 2003 )
2. If that doesnt solve it try notching back hardware accelleration (right
click desktop>properties>settings>advanced>troubleshoot)

Did that answer the question / help?

they see the outline of a box with a small red x - classic indication of not
being able to display a graphic.

I've discovered that the two computers with this problem are running Windows
2000 - as are many of the computers I'll need to send PPTs to!

I run Windows XP pro. Is there anything I can do with the PPT to enable them
to see the JPGs?

Thanks!

Thanks, John -

I'm replying with the same basic message I just used to reply to Chris.
