SORT FILE AS COMPANY IN OUTLOOK

i HAVE THE VIEW CHANGED IN OUTLOOK 2003, BUT IT STILL "FILES AS" THE PERSONS
NAME. tHE PROBLEM WITH THIS IS WHEN I SYNC TO MY SAMSUNG I600 THE CONTACT
COME IN LAST NAME FIRST NAME INSTEAD OF COMPANY FORMAT?

You have changed what view in what folder?
You File As... field settings will only apply to new Contacts you create in
Outlook, not to existing or imported Contacts.

Had the same problem and it took me 2 weeks to find this. Go to Tools, Email
Accounts, View or Change Existing Driectoris or Address Books, Click Next,
Highlight Outlook Address Book, Click Change, Select File As.....that should
cause the contacts to be listed by company name, or whatever you have chosen
under "File As"
