Sorting Contacts in Outlook with XP

Recently I purchased a Dell computer, which came with XP.
In Outlook I want to be able to sort the Contacts by last
name first and then first name like I do in Outlook
running in Office 2000. Does anyone know how to do this?

Sort it where?
Contacts Folder?
Address Book?
For the latter, go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing
directories or address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your
sort order there
