Sorting Contacts

K

Hi,

I use Outlook 2002.

I'm attempting to sort my contacts list by "Last Name" first and then "First
Name" second.

I've gone into "Options""Contacts" and select both boxes to use "Last Name"
first and then "First Name" second but it displays the wrong way?

Any Ideas?

That dialog does not control sorting. That controls the name format that
will be used for new Contacts.
Specify which view you want to sort.

When I create a email and click on the Address book I would like it sorted
by Last name first and first name last?

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
