I have created a slide show using powerpointe 2003 with music. The problem I
am having is when the the slide show is played on powerpoint 97, the sound
does not work.
Can you help me?

There could be a couple of reasons for this. What type of music files did you
use? Are they WAV or MP3 or other? Did you send the files along with the
presentation? Only WAV files can be embedded in a presentation file and only
then if they don't exceed the size limit you have set in Tools > Options >
General.
